Closr Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States ("Closr"), provides a CRM to real-estate agencies. This page explains how to delete data Closr holds about you, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft, Telegram or TikTok.
If you use Closr (agency owner or staff)
- Online: enter the email address of your account in the form on this page. The form opens an email to support@getclosr.io with your request.
- By email: write to support@getclosr.io with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on your account.
Agency staff can also ask their agency administrator to remove their account and request its deletion.
We reply within 30 days, complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done. Deactivating a user does not delete data; only a deletion request does.
What we delete: your Closr account and profile (name, email, phone, photo, role), your sign-in and two-factor details, device and notification tokens, your office presence records, your AI assistant conversations, the email and calendar accounts you connected and their access tokens, and the analytics and error data linked to your user identifier.
What is kept, and for how long:
- Records that belong to your agency, such as leads, deals, notes, call logs and messages you handled, stay in the agency's CRM. Your name on them is replaced with "Deleted user".
- Data the agency or Closr must keep by law (for example transaction and billing records) is kept for the period the law requires.
- Deleted data is removed from our backups within 30 days, as backups expire.
If you are the agency owner, deleting your account also deletes the agency's workspace and all its data, and cancels its subscription. You can export your data first.
If you submitted a lead form or messaged an agency (for example on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok or by email)
Your details are held by the agency you contacted. We process them on that agency's behalf.
- Contact that agency and ask it to delete your data, or
- Email support@getclosr.io with the agency's name and the phone number or email you used. We pass the request to the agency and help it delete your data within 30 days.
If you visited our website or requested a demo
Email support@getclosr.io from the email address you used. We delete your details within 30 days.
If you want to stop a connected account from sharing data with Closr
An agency administrator can disconnect any account in the Closr web app under Settings › Connections. You can also remove Closr's access directly on the platform:
- Facebook / Instagram: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations › Closr › Remove. For a business portfolio: Business Settings › Integrations › Connected apps › Closr › Remove.
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions › Closr › Remove access
- Microsoft: myapps.microsoft.com or account.live.com/consent/Manage › Closr › Remove
- TikTok: TikTok Ads Manager › Business Center › apps and integrations › Closr › Remove
- Telegram: stop or block the agency's bot in Telegram
When access is removed, we delete the stored access token immediately and stop receiving new data.
