Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026 · Applies to getclosr.io and the Closr apps

Privacy PolicyTerms of ServiceDelete account

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Closr Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States ("Closr", "we", "us"), and the agency or business that signs up for or uses Closr (the "Customer", "you"). By creating an account, starting a trial or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

Closr is a CRM for real-estate agencies, made up of the website at getclosr.io, the Closr web app and the Closr mobile apps for iOS and Android (the "Service"). We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a feature that is material to your paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

2. Accounts and users

  • The Customer creates its workspace and adds its staff ("Users"). The Customer is responsible for who it invites, the permissions it gives, and everything done under its workspace.
  • Users must be at least 18 and must keep their sign-in details confidential. Tell us at once at support@getclosr.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Free trial

New Customers may start a 14-day free trial of the Lite plan. No payment card is required. At the end of the trial, the workspace continues only if you choose a paid plan. We may end or change trials at any time.

4. Plans, billing and payment

  • The Service is offered on the plans shown on our pricing page or in your order. At the date of these Terms, the plans are Lite, Basic and Advanced, at USD 50, USD 65 and USD 80 per agent (User) per month.
  • You can pay monthly or annually. Annual plans are paid in advance at a discount of about 20%.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Fees exclude taxes, which you pay where applicable.
  • Upgrades (a higher plan or more Users) take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Downgrades (a lower plan or fewer Users) take effect from the next billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused Users, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend the workspace after notice until it is paid.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.

5. Cancellation and termination

  • You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms and do not fix the breach within 14 days of notice, or immediately for non-payment after notice, illegal use or a security risk.
  • After the account ends, you can export your data for 30 days. After that we delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your data

  • You own your data. Leads, clients, messages, documents, call recordings and everything else you or your Users put into the Service ("Customer Data") belong to you.
  • You give us permission to host, process and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use Customer Data, including the personal data of your leads and clients, and for any notices and consents the law requires, such as telling people that calls are recorded.
  • We act as your processor for Customer Data and follow your instructions given through the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You and your Users must not:

  • break any law, including privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing and real-estate regulations;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that break the rules of WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Telegram or your telephony provider;
  • upload malware, or content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive;
  • try to access other workspaces, test or bypass our security, or overload the Service;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • share sign-in details between people.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks this section.

8. Third-party integrations

The Service lets you connect accounts you hold on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp Business), Google (Google Ads, Gmail, Google Calendar), Microsoft 365, Telegram, TikTok and property portals. By connecting an account you authorise Closr to access it on your behalf, only as needed to provide the features you enable.

Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy and the TikTok for Business Terms. You are responsible for having the rights needed to connect each account and for the content you send through it. You can disconnect an account at any time. We are not responsible for the availability of, or changes to, third-party platforms. How we handle data from these platforms is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest replies, answer questions, transcribe and summarise calls, generate voices or create images. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before relying on it or sending it to anyone. You are responsible for how you use AI output.

10. Calls and recording

Calling uses third-party telephony providers. You are responsible for the numbers you call, for complying with local calling and consent rules, and for telling people when calls are recorded or handled by an automated voice. The Service is not designed for emergency calls.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to Closr and its licensors. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

12. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Support is available at support@getclosr.io.

13. Disclaimers

Except as stated in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any number of leads, deals or sales.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business or data, even if told they might happen;
  • each party's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Closr against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, your use of connected platforms, or your breach of section 7.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify the Customer by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

18. General

You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer them to a successor of our business. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any order form are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
